They are seeking to hire an Air Export/Import oriented Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for all aspects of Exports and Imports.

- High-value shipments by small package and airfreight modes of transport

- Preparation of B-13s, C.C.I.s, Bills of Lading, Nafta Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists
  utilizing software templates

- Movements are Transborder and International

- Knowledge of Customs Clearance processes and procedures

- Proactive customer service to identify issues requiring resolution

- Coordinating shipments, negotiating rates and services with Carriers and Service Providers

  

- 3 to 5 years Logistics Coordination experience, Air, Truck and Courier shipments

- Knowledge of Export and Import documentation, processes and procedures

- A developed sense of tact and diplomacy in following up issues with customers

- Organized, methodical and detail-conscious

- Excellent communications skills
