Our client is a very well-established Customs Broker in Canada. They have a reputation of professionalism
in serving their customers. Due to restructuring they are seeking a qualified Nafta Coordinator
with 3-5 years of experience in processing Nafta Certificates, Refunds and Drawbacks in a customs broker in Canada.
- Processing of NAFTA Certificates
- Processing of Refunds, Remissions and Duty Drawbacks of Duties and
Taxes claims on behalf of clients
- Processing and filing of K32s
Processing and submitting of B2 adjustments
- Composing of drawback spreadsheets
- Ensuring all amends are paid
- Working extensively with HS Tariffs
- Compile and process all refund claims for the Ontario Region
- Assessment of duty drawbacks and voluntary entries
- Time limit control of all refund files
- Credit/Rebill of invoices
- Suspense account(s) control
- Incoming refund cheque control
- CCS Designation or working towards it preferred
- 3 to 5 years of Customs Brokerage experience in Nafta Certificates, HS Tariffs & Refunds
- Organized and self-motivated
