 Receive, review, and process export documentation for an assigned base of accounts.
- Comply with all requirements listed under any given Letter of Credit.
- Prepare accurate and profitable CIF quotations for review by Supervisor or Manager.
- Arrange inland freight services.
- Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner.
- Maintain clear verbal and written communication with clients.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service by informing clients of the status of their shipments under the direct supervision
  and advice of the Export Manager.
- Advise Supervisor of any problems or irregularities discovered within assigned transactions.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service by informing clients of the status of their shipments under the direct supervision
  and advice of the Supervisor, Ocean Export.
- Advise Supervisor or Manager of any transaction problems or irregularities.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, such as the Code of Conduct, assigned work schedules, and attendance requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

 

- The company is looking for a minimum of 2-3 years in Ocean Exports in Canada in Freight Forwarding
-  Proactive attitude in following up issues with customers and carriers.
-  Good organizational, communicational and problem solving skills.
-  Eager to learn and grow; excellent communications skills
