- To manage the day to day operations of a freight forwarder.
- To be the go-to person in all matters of import/export operations.
- To consistently achieve and exceed objectives through the development of people,
  systems, and processes.
- Continue building long-term profitable relationships with customers.
- Negotiate rates and services effectively with air/sea/ground carriers
- Analyze logistical methods utilized by customers.
- Assess and anticipate market trends, technological developments, as well as customer
  and competitor activity
- To lead, motivate, develop and guide an operations staff in the day to day operations
  of an international freight forwarder.



- Minimum 5 years experience with strength in Operations in international freight forwarding
- Proven track record of customer service and development
- Capable of contributing to the strategic direction of the company
- A proven Team builder
- Flexible and capable of coordinating several functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train employees
- Confidence based on experience and knowledge in the industry
- Proactive
