Very well established international logistics provider with a reputation for excellence.

Oversee projects associated with assigned accounts, including but not limited to new development, community
management, internal and external communication, support and maintenance issues.

Evaluate assigned account's business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements
that generate additional revenue. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development departments.

Collaborate with development, marketing, support, community management and QA to ensure the successful launch
and acceptable performance of solutions.

Identify revenue opportunities within assigned accounts and their community through communications, programs and
other activities as needed, collaborating with marketing, community management, business development and support.

Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts. Manage ongoing conference calls and
ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2-5 years of sales experience, with a strong interest in supply chain and logistics operations.
A solid level of professionalism, customer service, interpersonal skills, and overall communication skills.
New business, customer management, and negotiating skills.
Ability to build and maintain solid customer relationships.
A proven record of success in sales and account management.
Good planning and organization skills; ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
Strong computer skills are a must.
Will travel within your territory 75-85% of the time.
Candidate must have a current and valid driver's license.


Strong base salary + incentives + car + benefits.
