is seeking to hire on a 12-month contract, with benefits participation.

Reporting to the Traffic Manager, there is a one-year
contract opportunity available in the
Traffic Department with the following responsibilities and qualifications
required.
• Opening, date stamping and distributing department mail
• Filing purchase orders and other documents
• Auditing freight and courier invoices
• Contacting stores and other departments to research freight and courier
invoice exceptions
• Keying purchase order changes
• Maintain binders for DTS’s, update tracking spreadsheet daily and issue month
end report
• Processing vendor and carrier charge backs for RTV, RGD and non compliance
• Assisting in releasing IPS sessions
• Processing merchandise distributions for our deconsolidator
• Setting up new import vendors into the AS400 to feed the Easylink PO
distribution system
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Traffic department
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and proof-reading skills
• AS400 experience an asset
• Provide efficient, professional customer service
• 2-3 years of import traffic experience in Canada
